If the line is busy, THEN I suggest protesting using the other numbers. The advertising numbers may be particularly annoyed since they lose money when you're gabbing, AND they have nothing to do with cancellation. This is a direct AND indirect hit. Directly, advertising sales go down, but indirectly the Sales Dept. bitches up the ladder to the big wigs. To the big wigs, they receive calls to their big wig lines PLUS they hear about this nonsense at the bottom of the pole in 4 different states. Therefore it seems calls are EVERYWHERE. That's when paranoia and panic sets in!
